Bodylab Recovery Science is Dr. Sarah Hopkins and her team, they combines soft tissue, manipulation, acupuncture and exercise to get you out of pain and back to doing the things you love. We believe that everyone has the capacity to reach their full potential and by combining different techniques can help you reach your goals.
Dr. Hopkins is both a Chiropractor and Registered Massage Therapist. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Dalhousie University before attending Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Upon graduation Dr. Sarah continued her education receiving her Registered Massage Therapy license from Ontario College of Health and Technology and has also completed the McMaster Contemporary Acupuncture course.
Dr. Sarah combines all of her education to assess and treat in a diversified, multidisciplinary model.

Bodylab is proud to welcome Dr. Nathan Moore
Before returning to his St. Catharines roots, Dr. Nathan Moore attended the University of Waterloo obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Upon graduation he worked as a personal trainer and kinesiologist for a year specializing in optimizing movement patterns and sport specific rehabilitation.
He continued his education by attending Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) and becoming a doctor of chiropractic, while completing an additional certification in Functional Integrated Acupuncture. His passions include all things active, from various sports (basketball, golf, squash and soccer) to many other athletic endeavors (weight lifting, long distance running, rock climbing and hiking).

Bodylab is proud to welcome Kristina Jerry BSc, MSc, PT, CMAG
Kristina is a Registered physiotherapist who believes in incorporating musculoskeletal assessments with a neurofunctional approach in the development of treatments as well as providing a holistic and well-rounded approach to wellness and well being. She attended Liberty University on a scholarship for Division 1 Softball, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Kinesiology. Additionally, she completed her Master’s Degree of Science in Physiotherapy at McMaster University in 2012. To date she has completed the McMaster Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Course, Therapeutic Taping, Skills in Hands Functional Assessment Course and Spinal Manipulation Therapy Level 1. Her strong interest in the athletic population has led to her working with various NHL, professional soccer and Olympic athletes in addition to treating volleyball, baseball and rugby athletes.

Davide is a Registered Massage Therapist, Neurofunctional Acupuncture Practitioner and Neurofunctional Sports Performance Practitioner. He has a Bachelor of Kinesiology and Massage Therapy diploma. He is a certified Soft Tissue Release and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization. He has experience treating NHL, CFL, UFC, and Bellator Athletes. His goal for treatment is for you to achieve optimal physical health! |

Melissa Aubertin-Coutu is a Registered Dietitian (R.D) and provides 1 on 1 nutrition counselling and cooking classes. She attended the University of Guelph and graduated in 2002 with a B.A.Sc. She then completed a post graduate internship and became registered with the College of Dietitians of Ontario in 2003. She became a Certified Diabetes Educator in 2012. |
